 Application in Form 2, 1 & 1A(in case of the age being 40 Yrs and above).
Address Proof and Identity Proof. Any one of the following :Passport, Voter ID, Ration Card, Telephone Bill, House Tax Receipt, LIC Policy etc.
Applicant should appear in person for the test.
If passed, will be issued a Learning Licence (LLR) on the same day. |

| The test contains multiple choice questions about Traffic Signs and Rules of Road Regulations. The test contains 20 questions and one has to answer atleast 16 questions correctly to pass the test. Re-test can be scheduled by paying a fee of Rs.30/- |

Certificate in Form 5 from any Government recognised Driving School if the application is for a Transport Vehicle endorsement. |

Applicant should appear in person for the test with respective class of Vehicle and undergo test before the Motor Vehicle Inspector (MVI) and Pass. |

Applicant should bring his own vehicle for test along with valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate and Insurance Certificate. |
